Co-founder of Team Pivot Cycles-OTE and key figure in the cycling community. Since 2005, Carl has served on multiple boards including Empire47 biking center (2015-2023) and the Quebec Cycling Federation executive committee (2018-2024), bringing decades of expertise and dedication to developing Canadian mountain biking.

Co-founder of Team Pivot Cycles-OTE, Caroline manages all team logistics and communications while capturing the team's journey through her photography. Her organizational excellence ensures athletes can focus entirely on performance. A great cook, she keeps the team well-fed on the road.
